Pepper writes the post, answers the DM and drafts the quote. You say yes.
Skibble's assistant already knows your menu, your orders, your experiences and your brand, so there is no blank page and nothing to paste. It takes the first pass at the work around the food, and what goes out is still your call.
- Free plan: 50 Peppers a month
- Chatting is free
- Nothing publishes without your OK
Pepper opens once your business is verified.
Five kinds of work Pepper can pick up on Monday
Pepper starts from what is already in your Skibble dashboard: your menu, your orders, your experiences and your brand. No blank page, nothing to paste in first.
Posts, Reels and a content calendar
Tell Pepper what you want to promote and it drafts the post, the image or the Reel in your brand. Plan ahead on a content calendar and schedule to Instagram.
- Posts, images, Reels and carousels
- Branded templates that match your brand kit
- A content calendar for the weeks ahead
- Nothing publishes without your approval
A brand built from your business
Pepper pulls your brand together in one place, so the posts and templates it drafts look like they came from you.
- A brand kit Pepper uses whenever it drafts
- A logo designer
- A Brand Book built from your business
- Import your brand from your website link
Research that keeps an eye on your market
Ask Pepper a question about your market and it researches the web and writes up what it found. Market Radar keeps watching between questions.
- Web research, written up as a report
- Market Radar surfaces opportunities
- Ingredient price watch
- Food recall alerts
Answers your Instagram DMs, with you in the loop
When a customer messages your Instagram account, Pepper answers from your real menu, hours and availability, and can take the order from there.
- Answers questions about your menu, hours and availability
- Starts orders and sends payment links
- Replies inside Meta's messaging window
- You can take over any conversation
Ask about your business in plain words
Pepper can look up and act on your orders, menu, experiences and customers, so you can ask a question instead of digging through screens.
- Ask how the week went
- Look up orders and experiences
- Import a menu from a photo
- Draft a catering quote
Nothing leaves the kitchen without you.
Pepper gets the work ready and stops. Every draft waits for a yes, and you can take any conversation back mid sentence.
Pepper drafts, you send
What Pepper prepares arrives as a draft in your approvals and tasks, with the reply written out. Send it, edit it, or ask for another. Nothing publishes to Instagram until you approve it.
You set the limits
Choose what Pepper may do on its own and what needs your OK first. The limits are yours to move as you get a feel for it.
Step into any conversation
Pepper answers customers on Instagram, and you can take over a thread at any point. It holds as soon as you step in, and the thread says so.

For the caterer quoting a wedding at 11pm, and the baker who wants to look established.
Pepper drafts the quote from your own menu, answers the Instagram question while you cook, turns a photo of your menu into real items, and checks whether last month's prices still cover the flour. You approve what goes out.
The same jobs, with less of your evening
You still make every call. Pepper takes the first pass at the work around them, and hands it back for a yes.
