Skibble is software for independent food businesses. It runs your storefront, pre-orders, catering quotes and ticketed events, takes payments and books delivery, then shows you what you made after ingredients, fees and delivery.

Caterers, bakers, supper club hosts, meal prep businesses, food trucks, and pop-up and market sellers: anyone selling food through their own storefront, Instagram messages, pre-orders, quotes or tickets.

Skibble is new. It is built by a small team in Prince Edward Island, Canada, and we are signing up our first food businesses now. That is why you will not find testimonials, logo walls or customer counts anywhere on this site: we do not have them yet, and inventing them would be the fastest way to lose the operators we want. What it does mean in practice is that the person who answers your email is the person building the product, you can talk to us before you commit anything, and there is no contract or monthly fee to commit to. If you would rather wait for a longer track record, that is a fair call, and we would still like to hear what you need.

There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no contract. Card and online orders carry a 5% service fee (minimum CA$0.99 in Canada, US$0.99 in the US). Your customer pays it by default, so you keep your full menu price, and you can choose to cover any share of it. Card processing is included. Experience tickets are 5% with no minimum, and complimentary tickets are free. Pepper, the AI assistant, has a Free plan, and paid plans start at CA$12 a month in Canada, or US$12 in the US.

Yes. US food businesses take card and online orders in US dollars at the same 5% rate, with card processing included, and use the storefront, pre-orders, catering quotes, experiences, Finance Manager, email marketing and Pepper.

Customers pay by card through Skibble's secure checkout, powered by Finix. In Canada you can also record cash, Interac e-Transfer and bank transfer orders, so every sale sits in the same ledger. Payouts go to your bank account daily by default, and you can adjust the schedule. A chargeback costs CA$40 in Canada, or US$40 in the US.

Uber Direct, DoorDash Drive and Trexity, or you can deliver orders yourself. The courier's quoted price is passed through to the order. Your customer pays it by default, and you can cover part of it. Third-party couriers are available in Canada.

No. Your Skibble storefront has its own link and QR code to share on Instagram, in messages, on flyers and at markets. You arrange it in the storefront editor with sections for your menu, experiences, story, hours and location.

Menu items with modifiers and pre-orders, drops with pickup or delivery time slots, catering and custom orders, meal prep, private chef services, and tickets to your own dinners and events.

You can build your storefront and menu the same day. Card payments turn on once your business review and card processing verification are complete.

Yes. In Studio, Pepper drafts posts, images and Reels in your brand and schedules them to Instagram once you approve. Completed actions use Peppers, and the Free plan includes 50 a month.

Yes, on Instagram, within Meta's messaging window. Pepper can answer questions, start orders and send payment links. You can take over any conversation, and you choose what needs your approval.

You can stop at any time: there is no contract and no monthly fee for the platform. Your customers stay yours, and so does the relationship. Their names, email addresses and phone numbers are in your Contacts, and the orders they placed are in your Ledger. Here is exactly what you can take out of Skibble today, so you can judge it rather than take our word for it: Finance Manager generates a profit and loss statement, a cash flow report and a tax-ready expense bundle, each as a CSV file you download. An experience's guest list, with dietary notes, copies out as CSV. There is no one-click export of your menu or of your whole contact list yet, so if you need those, email hello@skibble.app and ask us. We would rather tell you that now than after you have built your menu.
